What’s cool about [this Wufoo-hosted form](http://ricardogimenes.wufoo.com/forms/z7x4a3/), besides carrying over Ricardo’s uniquely weird style, is that it required no custom CSS at all to achieve (much like Niki’s form [last week](http://www.wufoo.com/2011/02/11/featured-form-design-oblog/)). All alternations were done via settings in our [Theme Designer](https://help.wufoo.com/articles/en_US/kb/Theme-Designer/).
##Some highlights
– Custom Logo in the header, which is an alpha-transparent PNG to allow the yellow/orange background to show through.
– All background colors besides the wallpaper set to transparent so again the yellow/orange color carpets the page.
– Shadows and all borders turned off to allow the form to float within the page unconstrained.
– Beefed up font size of the header through the typography controls
