And yes, I understand that labels can allow a form to exist with multiple labels, which could be like being in two folders at once. On the downside, it requires more training and the structure isn’t apparent to casual users. If I had folders for 2017, 2018 and 2019 forms, or folders for “Event registrations,” “Merchandise Sales,” and “Surveys”, it would be evident to anyone logging in how things are organized; with labels, you have to know that Filters=Labels, click on the Filter button, scroll through the list of labels, then figure out that there’s no “enter” or “accept” and that hitting Return also does nothing to accept the filter choice,” and click *outside* the labels list to have it apply the filter. It’s just a clunky implementation, IMO.
